We are looking to hire 2 Systems Engineers to support a Tactical Mission Systems program- it's a centralized product team that makes new products and sells them to other programs.
In the role, you'll be leading requirements decomposition from system-level concepts down to software specifications, while maintaining full bi-directional traceability using tools like DOORS and Jama. The role involves building and managing system models in CAMEO, defining and executing V&V strategies, and ensuring alignment across architecture, development, and test. You'll also support major design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and drive configuration control across system artifacts.
Clearance: Secret
Years of experience: 5+
Location: Westminster/Broomfield
Work Schedule: 3 days in office
Required Skills:
*Requirements decomposition and managements
*Requirements traceability (tools such as DOORS, Jama, or equivalent)
*Verification & Validation (V&V) planning and execution
*Hands-on experience with CAMEO (or similar MBSE tools) for modeling
*Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes
