Mission Trainer, Team Lead

Mission
Enable operational readiness across the Army Intelligence Enterprise by developing and delivering training aligned to intelligence systems, doctrine, and data capabilities supporting DCD operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver training aligned to TRADOC and Army standards
- Provide structured instruction to intelligence personnel across mission environments
- Create lesson plans, curriculum, and instructional materials
- Conduct training across multiple geographic locations
- Maintain training records and assess effectiveness
- Align training with evolving intelligence mission requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Meets all qualifications of a senior-level role, plus:
- 5 years drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum in accordance with TRADOC and Army standards
- Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences
- Experience delivering training across multiple geographic locations
Education
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years, OR
- Associate's degree with 12 years of experience
Clearance
- Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials supporting intelligence objectives and tradecraft
- Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curriculum within approved training systems (e.g., AGILE, TDC)
- Review emerging policy and doctrine and integrate updates into training materials
- Maintain training records and tracking systems as required
