Intelligence Solutions Integrator, Team Lead

Mission
Drive integration of intelligence systems and data sharing capabilities across the DCD enterprise, enabling interoperability and collaboration across joint, bilateral, and multinational intelligence environments.
What You'll Do
- Lead integration of intelligence systems and data platforms
- Support interoperability across coalition and partner environments
- Enable intelligence information sharing across systems
- Oversee teams supporting intelligence lifecycle operations
- Develop SOPs and documentation
- Deliver briefings and coordinate with stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Meets all qualifications of a senior-level role, plus:
- 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
- Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in intelligence information sharing or system interoperability
- Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations
- Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain SOPs and produce reports incorporating text and graphics
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred), OR
- Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline, OR
- High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
Clearance
- Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
