Dissemination Specialist, Team Lead
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI (CI Polygraph eligible)
Mission
Support the U.S. Army INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) by ensuring the secure, accurate, and timely dissemination of intelligence across multiple classification domains. This role is critical to maintaining the flow of intelligence that drives operational decision-making and supports the Common Intelligence Picture across the enterprise.

Dissemination Specialist, Team Lead

Mission
Support the U.S. Army INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) by ensuring the secure, accurate, and timely dissemination of intelligence across multiple classification domains. This role is critical to maintaining the flow of intelligence that drives operational decision-making and supports the Common Intelligence Picture across the enterprise.

What You'll Do
- Lead intelligence dissemination operations across secure and cross-domain environments
- Oversee movement of intelligence products between classification domains
- Ensure compliance with dissemination policies, access controls, and security procedures
- Manage dissemination workflows, metadata accuracy, and product delivery timelines
- Utilize government systems such as DDT, CORE, PCN DB, and MS Office tools
- Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to policy and guidance
- Support intelligence sharing across approved networks and repositories
Minimum Qualifications
- Meets all qualifications and skills of a Senior Dissemination Specialist, plus:
- 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
- Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations
- Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
- Demonstrated understanding of metadata
- Demonstrated ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred), OR
- Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline, OR
- High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
Clearance
- Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare and process the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains
- Manage dissemination to approved users, organizations, and systems
- Log and track potential security incidents in accordance with policy
- Ensure accurate and complete generation of intelligence product metadata
- Register products within approved intelligence repositories
