Data Integration, Team Lead

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI (CI Polygraph eligible)

Mission

Lead data integration and governance efforts across the DCD enterprise, ensuring intelligence data is structured, accessible, and interoperable to support mission-critical decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Lead data integration and governance across intelligence systems
• Support interoperability and intelligence data sharing
• Oversee teams supporting data workflows within the intelligence lifecycle
• Develop SOPs and documentation
• Deliver briefings and support mission stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• Meets all qualifications of a Data Steward / Policy Manager, plus:
• 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
• Demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in intelligence information sharing or system interoperability
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain SOPs and produce reports incorporating text and graphics

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred), OR
• Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline, OR
• High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline

Certifications

• Active DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification

Clearance

• Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
