BluePath Labs is seeking a Secret ‑ cleared Knowledge Management (KM) & Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialist to support the Office of Naval Research Global (ONR Global) Chief Information Officer (CIO). This position provides Microsoft Dataverse administration and integration support for the ONR Global Microsoft Power Platform environment and supports the execution of ONR Global's Science & Technology (S&T) mission through effective data governance, system integration, and business process optimization.
Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to include in our proposal for an upcoming government contract. Applicants selected may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded.

Work Description:
- The KM & BPR Specialist performs all work under the technical direction of the ONR Global CIO and coordinates all system changes and improvements with Government stakeholders prior to implementation. This role is designated as Key Personnel under the contract Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Responsibilities: The Knowledge Management (KM) & Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialist will support tasks such as:
- Provide Microsoft Dataverse administration services to support ONR Global Power Apps used in the day ‑ to ‑ day execution of ONR Global mission requirements.
- Administer and manage Dataverse tables, including adding, editing, and deleting Power App-generated data as directed by the Government.
- Design, configure, and maintain Dataverse data tables, relationships, and data types to ensure accurate, authoritative, and searchable business data.
- Develop and recommend Dataverse data governance policies and procedures to the ONR Global CIO and Data Manager.
- Implement approved Dataverse governance standards to ensure data integrity, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Recommend performance improvements to Power Apps populating Dataverse tables and implement approved enhancements following Government authorization.
- Design and implement Dataverse configuration standards to maximize discovery, usability, and searchability of ONR Global business data.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on Microsoft Dataverse integration with existing ONR Global business processes and Power Apps.
- Provide SME support for integrating other Microsoft 365 services, Power Platform tools, and Azure data sources into Dataverse.
- Support business process reengineering efforts by aligning data architecture, Power Apps, and governance structures to mission execution needs.
- Train and develop ONR Global CIO Knowledge Management team members on Dataverse fundamentals, data structures, and governance practices.
- Execute all tasks in coordination with, and upon approval from, the ONR Global CIO.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Secret security clearance or interim Secret clearance at time of contract award.
- Documented successful completion of a Microsoft Dataverse certification course.
- Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience managing Microsoft Dataverse instances.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience operating, maintaining, and editing:
- Dataverse data tables
- Dataverse relationships and data structures
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and enforcing Microsoft Dataverse governance policies.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience operating, maintaining, and editing Microsoft Power Apps.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Working knowledge of the Naval Research and Development Establishment (NR&DE).
Desired: Familiarity with NR&DE and ONR Global's business processes.
Additional Information:
- This position is performed on ‑ site at the ONR Global Headquarters, 875 North Randolph Street, Arlington, VA.
- ONR Global contractor personnel are required to demonstrate professional maturity and the ability to communicate effectively in a multi ‑ national and senior military/civilian environment.
- Travel (CONUS and OCONUS) may be required in accordance with contract requirements.
