The Boeing Company is looking for an Associate Industrial Security Specialist to join the team in Ridley Park, PA.
Experience as a cleared security professional assisting industrial security for mission-critical programs by implementing NISPOM-aligned policies, controlling classified/CUI materials, supporting FSO activities, and leading inspections, incident response, and audits. Collaborate with program managers, IT, HR, and facilities, deliver training, drive corrective actions, and use security tracking tools and sponsorship processes.

Collaborate with program managers, IT, HR, and facilities, deliver training, drive corrective actions, and use security tracking tools and sponsorship processes.
Position Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain industrial security policies, procedures, and practices consistent with NISPOM and applicable contract requirements
- Support FSO activities and act as delegated security point-of-contact for specific programs or sites
- Control classified and CUI: ensure proper marking, storage (GSA containers), access control, transmission, and destruction procedures are followed
- Conduct routine security inspections and vulnerability assessments; document findings and drive corrective action items to closure
- Support insider threat, foreign travel, and foreign national visitor processes, ensuring appropriate approvals and risk mitigation steps
- Assist in preparing for and supporting government security reviews, audits, and facility accreditation activities
- Respond to security incidents and investigations: collect initial facts, preserve chain-of-custody, coordinate reporting to the FSO/Cognizant Security Agency, and help implement corrective actions
- Deliver security awareness and role-based training; maintain training records and provide reminders/refreshers to employees and contractors
- Maintain program documentation, trackers, metrics, and routine reports for management and contract deliverables
- Liaise with program managers, contracts, IT, HR, and facilities to ensure security requirements are integrated into business processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years' of experience do you have working directly in support of industrial security for intelligence community and/or DoD classified programs to include progressing program access requests, managing classified holdings, SCIF (Specialized Compartmented Information Facility) construction, COMSEC and/or classified contract management
- Experience conducting security assessments and implementing corrective actions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience as a delegated security point-of-contact or supporting FSO responsibilities
- Experience supporting DoD contracts or other federal agency contract security requirements
- Experience with security tracking tools and databases used for personnel and facility clearance management, e.g. Security Information Management System (SIMS)
- Experience with classified/CUI handling and facility security controls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare reports, security memos, and brief leadership
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Analytical and investigative ability to support incident triage and corrective actions
- Experience with interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and government representatives
- Ability to follow established procedures and escalate complex issues appropriately
