Job Title: Service Designer
Location: Remote (Client based in Ontario)
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Range: C$40 to C$55

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and help design, optimize, and deliver seamless end-to-end service experiences. This role will focus on understanding user needs, mapping service journeys, and collaborating cross-functionally to create efficient, user-centered solutions across digital and operational touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• 5 years of experience in Service Design, UX, or related field
  · Possess strong knowledge (2 CIAM projects within the last 3 years) of journey mapping, pattern, and blueprint development.
  
  · Organize and lead design workshops.
  
  · Possess sound understanding (2 CIAM projects within the last 3 years) of information architecture and systems thinking as they apply to the design of a service.
  
  · Experience using human-centered approach (UX, customer experience, service design, interaction design, etc.).
  
  · Experience moving through projects, shifting focus from small details to understanding the entire system and the relationship between them.
  
  · Experience working in agile, digital product-focused development environment with user experience teams.
  
  · Experience with UX design practices and skills, including journey maps, service blueprints, personas, and developing wireframes and prototypes.
  
  · Understand modern software development patterns, tools, and practices to support Agile team members.
