Supports the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure and services, ensuring reliability, security, and performance across mission environments.
Responsibilities
Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and services
• Support integration of systems across cloud and on-prem environments
• Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues
• Automate administrative and operational tasks through scripting
• Manage system configurations, access controls, and security compliance
• Support help desk and ticket resolution in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
• Experience with Linux and Windows systems
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• IAT Level II certification
• Active TS/SCI clearance
Desired Qualifications
Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or higher)
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
• Experience administering tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience supporting IC or DoD environments
