Job Description
Full Description
Apply STEM expertise to understand how adversary systems actually work. Join a mission-focused team delivering advanced technical intelligence that characterizes air and ballistic threats and drives critical national security decisions.
Responsibilities
Apply principles of physics, chemistry, materials science, and electrical engineering to analyze observable system characteristics
• Characterize air and ballistic systems across spectral, thermal, RF, and material domains
• Translate raw phenomenological observations into technical intelligence insights
• Support non-literal GEOINT and MASINT efforts across air and ballistic mission sets
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and indicators in adversary system testing and operations
• Contribute to target development and capability assessments
• Produce technical intelligence reports, briefings, and analytic products
• Communicate complex STEM-based findings to both technical and operational audiences

• Communicate complex STEM-based findings to both technical and operational audiences
Qualifications:
Bachelor\u2019s degree (or higher) in a STEM field such as: Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Applied Mathematics
• Experience applying scientific or engineering principles to real-world problems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain)
Desired Qualifications
Experience with: Phenomenology, MASINT, spectral, thermal, or RF analysis
• Experience analyzing: Air (e.g., low observable aircraft, UAVs), ballistic, or missile systems
• Background in: Test range analysis, signature analysis, or modeling
• Familiarity with: Non-literal GEOINT or sensor data exploitation
• Experience supporting NASIC, NGA, DIA, or IC technical missions
