Job Description
A current Top Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance is required; U.S. Citizenship required. SCI eligibility is highly desired.
Summary:
• Develop and deploy robust cloud and on-premise infrastructure solutions.
• Automate deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical services.
• Apply expertise in DevOps practices and modern infrastructure technologies.
• Work with big data technologies to support complex data processing needs.
• Utilize Agile methodologies for software development and project delivery.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• 9+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or Software Development and Bachelors in related field; or 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
• Salary: $261k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud and non-cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Implement and maintain automation for infrastructure deployment, configuration, and management using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Utilize DevOps principles to streamline software development lifecycles and operations.
• Administer Linux systems, ensuring security, performance, and stability.
• Develop scripts and tools using Bash, Python, and Go for automation and system management.
• Implement and manage Continuous Integration pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Work with big data technologies including Hadoop, Apache Spark, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Manage version control using Git for all infrastructure and application code.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project execution and collaboration.
• Conduct software testing and quality assurance for developed solutions.
• Ensure services meet reliability and scalability requirements.
• Document technical processes, architectures, and workflows clearly and concisely.
