Summary:
• Optimize and automate processes across diverse platforms and applications
• Drive consistency for deployment and build processes
• Leverage expertise in Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Linux, Bash, and Ruby
• Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
• Apply Agile software development and DevOps practices to translate specifications into production-ready code and infrastructure
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Salary: $280k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions across various platforms and applications
• Develop and enforce consistent deployment and build processes and standards
• Set up, configure, and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines utilizing Jenkins/Hudson
• Implement containerization strategies using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services within an AWS environment
• Utilize configuration management tools such as Ansible and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
• Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, and Ruby
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems and environments
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance software development lifecycle efficiency
• Incorporate DevOps principles to foster collaboration and automate operational tasks
• Translate product specifications and technical requirements into reliable, production-ready code and infrastructure solutions
