Serco is seeking a Project/Program Analyst to join our dynamic fast-paced SI2 business unit to assist management or clients by analyzing and coordinating services such as client programs, budget preparation and control, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies by performing the following duties. Reviews, analyzes, prepares, develops, and modifies reports and/or client programs and policies. Analyzes procedures and workflow of a division or program, and recommends improvements in such areas as accounting, budget development, administration, and program management. Familiar with a variety of field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.

In this role, you will:
- Conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
- Determine program requirements and make recommendations.
- Analyze programs, policies, procedures, and systems and making recommendations to optimize these.
- Draft new or revised policies and procedures.
- Assist program and project managers with the development of budgets and schedules as well as tracking metrics.
- Assess and advise on potential issues related to costs, schedules, and performance.
- Advise program and project managers with regard to planning, testing, and implementing new programs or systems.
- Identify and resolve issues and problems.
- Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operations and programs.
- Prepare and presents reports and recommendations.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Active Secret security clearance
- U.S Citizenship
- A Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related field
- Knowledge of general and corporate business practices, government contracting regulations and principles, and accounting and finance principles
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel (macro generation, pivot tables, xlookup, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a collaborative team with a focus on high professional standards, strong follow-up and successful program and project execution
- Must maintain access to Gov't/Military Installations - ability to obtain CAC
Additional desired experience and skills:
- Preferred knowledge of FAR/DFAR, DCAA compliance and audits
- Versed in various contract vehicles, i.e., CPAF, CPIF, CPFF, LOE, FPLOE, FFP, T&M, IDIQs, etc.
