Kentro is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee critical cybersecurity and endpoint modernization initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the OCC Cybersecurity Program and providing technical direction on VA's Endpoint Consolidation effort, ensuring successful delivery of complex, mission-critical programs.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, program management discipline, and client-facing leadership, with the ability to drive execution while supporting business growth.

Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end management of the OCC Cybersecurity Program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements
- Oversee and drive the VA Endpoint Consolidation initiative, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery
- Manage program schedules, budgets, resources, and performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Technical Leadership
- Provide engineering and architectural guidance to support program objectives
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and optimize cybersecurity and endpoint solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and enterprise architecture frameworks
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for government and client stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure successful service delivery
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and clients
Business Development
- Support business development activities, including identifying growth opportunities within existing programs
- Contribute to proposals, solutioning, and capture efforts
- Partner with leadership to expand service offerings and strengthen client engagemen t
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related discipline)
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management within IT or cybersecurity environments
- Experience managing large-scale federal or government programs
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams
Preferred
- PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification
- Experience with endpoint management, consolidation, or enterprise IT transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with federal environments (e.g., VA, OCC, or similar agencies)
- Strong background in systems engineering or enterprise architecture
Clearance
- Must be willing and able to obtain clearance as required by Kentro & Customer needs.
