  • Maintain a comprehensive risk and issue register across all Endpoint Engineering initiatives.
  • Track and communicate dependencies between engineering workstreams to prevent delivery bottlenecks.
  • Ensure escalation paths are clearly defined, communicated, and followed appropriately.

Team Coordination & Delivery Support
  • Partner closely with government stakeholders to gain visibility into priorities, contribute to strategic discussions, and ensure engineering teams are aligned on scope, dependencies, and sequencing.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple engineering leads and technical contributors.
  • Create and maintain a centralized repository of project artifacts, including templates, standard operating procedures, documentation, and other key materials to support team alignment and continuity.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (such as PMO, HR, and Finance) to ensure alignment on processes, dependencies, staffing needs, and organizational requirements.
  • Ensure project priorities, deliverables, milestones, and timelines remain visible, communicated, and aligned.
  • Facilitate working sessions, standups, planning activities, and cross‑team syncs as needed.

Reporting & Leadership Support
  • Develop clear, concise, and executive‑ready reporting that provides senior leadership with visibility into progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Monitor, track, and communicate projected spend across all Endpoint Engineering project workstreams, ensuring alignment with budget expectations and early identification of variances or risks.
  • Synthesize inputs from engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver accurate status updates, resource needs, and impacts to timelines or scope.
  • Provide proactive support to leadership by highlighting emerging issues, recommending mitigation strategies, and ensuring decision‑makers have timely, actionable information.

Supervisory Duties
  • Serve as the people manager for the delivery team, fostering a positive, accountable team culture and providing performance feedback and day‑to‑day leadership to ensure effective collaboration and high‑quality execution.
  • Support onboarding, development, and continuous improvement for team members.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage project governance, including status reporting, cadence management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts and their role in device authentication, secure communication, and Zero Trust endpoint management.
  • Understanding of digital certificates, certificate authorities, and enrollment protocols (e.g., SCEP, NDES, Intune certificate profiles) used in enterprise endpoint environments.
  • Strong risk and issue management skills, including maintaining registers, managing dependencies, and driving mitigation actions.
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple workstreams and bringing clarity and structure to fast‑moving or complex environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong focus on structure, follow‑through, and operational discipline.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineers, technical leads, and leadership teams to align priorities and drive toward shared outcomes.
  • Experience working in endpoint engineering, infrastructure, device management, or IT operations environments.
