Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Property / Logistics Analyst to support Navy operations through effective property management, logistics coordination, and enterprise system utilization. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Navy ERP and related logistics systems, and thrives in a fast-paced, accountable environment supporting government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track government property and General Equipment (GE) in accordance with DoD and Navy regulations
- Support lifecycle management of assets including acquisition, inventory, transfer, and disposition
- Utilize Navy ERP to maintain accurate property and logistics records and ensure data integrity
- Execute and support logistics processes including requisitioning, tracking, and reporting
- Leverage systems such as GEARS, WARP, OSP, and DTS to support operational and financial workflows
- Conduct inventory audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviews
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, supply chain, and program management
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and audit readiness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in property management, General Equipment, or logistics
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Navy ERP
- Demonstrated experience using one or more of the following systems: GEARS, WARP, OSP, or DTS
- Strong understanding of DoD/Navy logistics and property accountability processes
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and system navigation
- Secret clearance or the ability to obtain by Oct 1, 2026
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Navy or DoD programs or commands
- Familiarity with audit readiness and financial compliance requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
