Markon is seeking a Project Integrator to support the Front Office by planning, coordinating, and integrating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure timely and effective execution of high-visibility initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-profile action tracking processes and provide integration support across multiple organizations.
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistants to clarify taskings and ensure responses are timely, thorough, and properly vetted in accordance with deadlines.
- Facilitate the review and coordination of highly technical information related to assigned actions.
- Provide support for Front Office Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, as needed.
- Identify issues and risks, analyze impacts, and recommend solutions for technical actions across the organization's lines of business.
- Foster strong collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams and organizational boundaries.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
- Expert-level analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership, with knowledge of high-priority issues impacting executive-level decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage complex or sensitive situations with diplomacy, flexibility, and sound judgment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with standard enterprise tools.
- Ability to interpret complex technical material and translate it into clear, non-technical language.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building effective relationships across teams and leadership levels.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service, with the ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of senior executives and stakeholders.
- Foundational understanding of IT organizations, structures, and functions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience (13+ years total experience with at least 10 years of relevant experience).
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Agency and Intelligence Community regulations, policies, and authorities.
- Familiarity with executive protocols, precedence, and organizational governance.
- Experience with quality assurance practices to ensure data integrity and timeliness.
- Understanding of component operations and administrative planning processes.
- Experience with the Sponsor's action tracking tools.
- SharePoint experience.
- PMP certification.
