GEOSPATIAL INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
Work Location: either Joint Base Anacostia-Bowling, Reston, VA or Charlottesville, VA
Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret clearance with intent to receive SCI and willingness to take CI Poly
INCATech is in search of a Senior/Mid-Level/Junior Geospatial Intelligence Analysts matching the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Excellent communication skills, writing, and briefing
Experience using industry-standard platforms (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) for map creation, editing, and data management
Experience creating cartographic products with multi-INT data
Knowledge interacting with government customers and military personnel
Knowledge of the DoD, IC, or Combatant Command environments
Proficiency in Python (ArcPy) for automating geospatial workflows
Understanding of military geography and how terrain impacts operational planning and movement
Experience supporting strategic decision-making within the IC or in Combatant Command environments
Ability to identify information gaps and develop requirements to answer priority intelligence requirements
Experience synthesizing Multi-INT data into products, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and OSINT
Experience with link analysis tools like Analyst Notebook
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Related Experience:
At least 3, 5, 10 years of experience analyzing geospatial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
At least 3, 5, 10 years of experience with imagery exploitation and interpreting satellite imagery to support intelligence requirements
At least 3, 5, 10 years of experience applying ICD-203 and 206 tradecraft standards to geospatial products
Demonstrated experience conducting spatial pattern analysis and generating high-quality geospatial visualizations for senior decision-makers
Proven track record of collaborating with multi-disciplinary intelligence teams to integrate GEOINT into broader analytical assessments
Experience with DoD/IC remote sensing tools and techniques to extract intelligence
Bachelor’s degree in: Geographic Information Systems, Geography or Geospatial System OR 6 years of military experience in a related field
