Job Description
Job Title: Custodian
Location: Shriever AFB
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $25/hr - $30/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine janitorial services including, but not limited to, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and restroom sanitation.
Empty and dispose of trash and recycling, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
Maintain and replenish cleaning supplies and materials as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the client or account manager in a timely manner.
Adhere to all client-specific cleaning and sanitation protocols.
Ensure the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials following safety guidelines.
Maintain communication with account managers regarding service schedules, changes, and feedback.
Follow the terms and conditions outlined in the contractor agreement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a janitor, cleaner, or in a related role.
Familiarity with commercial cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and account managers professionally.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as required.
