Job Description

Responsibilities

As an Data Analysis and Visualization, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and support decision-making within organizations. You will utilize your expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and visualization techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in data and extract actionable insights.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and cleaning data from various sources, conducting descriptive and exploratory data analysis to understand data distributions and relationships, and applying statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze data and generate insights.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree with 0-1 year of experience OR associate's degree with 3 years of experience.
  • Some experience providing expertise in data collection, analysis, and reporting performance.
  • Proficiency in Kirkpatrick evaluation model, survey design, and statistical software packages (Access, Tableau) to develop and execute comprehensive performance measurement for NGC offerings.
  • Possesses ability to analyze assessment data and conduct descriptive and inferential analysis to develop detailed reports, delivered through documents, dashboards, and raw data sets to inform stakeholders of course effectiveness.
  • Strong proficiency to manage and manipulate data in Excel and Tableau and develop/ maintain data visualizations, reports, briefings, dashboards, and discussion points that convey information useful for decision making by various stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to work across organizational teams to develop and run queries, reports, and scripts using HRIS/LMS data to justify recommendations and inform decision making by senior leadership.

Desired Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or associate degree in statistics, economics, information systems, education, computer science, data science, or related field from an accredited (i.e., regional, national, or institutional academic institution.
  • Proficient in Donald Kirkpatrick's Four Level of Evaluation.
  • Experience interpreting and presenting both qualitiative and quanitative data to inform senior leaders on data-driven decision making.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
