SAIC seeks a motivated Principal Data Management Analyst for the Ground-Based Radar (GBR) Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) contract. GMASS supports the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of five Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWR), and one Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The ground-based radars are critical to US and Allied strategic missile warning, missile defense, and space domain awareness missions. The Data Management Analyst Principal will ensure timely delivery of data deliverables, manage data repositories, and maintain the security and integrity of program documentation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Serves as a team lead, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to a group of data management professionals to ensure alignment with project goals and organizational standards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Government regulations, including but not limited to the following directives and standards: 32 CFR, Part 117 (NISPOM), AFI 16-1404_AFMCSUP (Air Force Information Security Program), DoDM 5015.02 (DoD Records Management Program), DoDM 5200.01 (Marking and Protection of Classified Information), DoDI 5230.24 (Distribution Statements on Technical Documents), Other relevant Air Force and DoD-issued documentation.
• Maintain and ensure unlimited rights to all Government-funded data, documents, and deliverables.
• Oversee the preparation, coordination, and reporting of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL's) and the Data Accession List (DAL), ensuring timely delivery and comprehensive details (e.g., hyperlinks to locations).
• Manage the loading of all data to designated Government cloud repositories or other network locations, following established security and operational guidelines.
• Track, protect, and maintain data integrity in both classified and unclassified environments, developing and applying processes to facilitate access across varying credentials and platforms.
• Identify and communicate issues related to data management, collaborating with the SPO for resolutions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of professional experience.
• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience in the delivery of technically accurate, timely, and compliant data deliverables, including the successful submission of CDRLs and DALs.
• Expertise in managing classified and unclassified data, including compliance with DoD and Government processes.
• Experience using Atlassian Tools, such as Jira and Confluence
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
