Job Description: We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistants to support senior leadership offices within the Intelligence Community. This role provides front-office administrative support in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment and requires professionals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting executive-level staff. The selected candidate will assist with calendar coordination, meeting logistics, correspondence preparation, travel coordination, and office management tasks while ensuring all activities comply with classified environment protocols.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and executive support to senior leadership and front office staff
• Manage complex calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and conference logistics
• Coordinate visitor access requests and escort requirements within secure facilities
• Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
• Support domestic travel coordination, including travel arrangements and itinerary management
• Maintain office task tracking, action items, and administrative reporting
• Assist with meeting preparation, agenda development, and meeting minutes
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of classified and sensitive materials
• Coordinate with internal offices and external stakeholders to facilitate executive engagements
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when supporting senior leadership
