International Logistics Support - Lifecycle Acquisition

Based in Northern Virginia, Axiologic Solutions LLC, has an opportunity for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking an International Logistics Support to support our growing team.
Overall Assignment Description:
The International Solutions Office Logistics Engineer provides shipping and receiving support across all office programs to ensure timely and effective delivery of equipment and support media to global destinations. Maintains documentation of shipping and receiving records, and maintains standard operating procedures and transportation plans in support of overall program management plans. Coordinates with international partners, internal NGA offices, and external DoD, IC, and commercial stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods. Assures shipment adherence and compliance with all applicable security requirements and national and international customs and health and safety regulations.
Duties include:

• Receiving new items.
• Maintaining accurate records of receipt and transport.
• Preparing items for shipment and/or fielding.
• Coordinating shipment via most efficient methods.
• Coordinating receipt in partner locations.
• Preparation of project specific transportation plans; assuring compliance with all security, health and safety and customs regulations.

Required:

• Experience in providing international logistical support in a USG classified environment.
• Understanding of USG and Intelligence Community policies for transporting classified material.
• Experience working with Intelligence Community and/or DoD transportation services.
• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI poly

Desired:

• Knowledge of unique national requirements (fumigation, customs, etc.) for shipments to partner nations.
• Knowledge of packing and shipping methods.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and detail oriented.
• Coordinate across multiple Intelligence Community and DoD organizations.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
