Navy ERP On-Site Support: San Diego, CA (PR/PO Focus)
Position Overview This role provides essential on-site end-user support for Navy financial systems at SURFPAC in San Diego. You will support the transition of legacy processes into the Navy ERP environment, driving sustainment and continuous improvement across Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics. By providing direct SAP functionality support and issue triage, you ensure that Pacific Fleet commands maintain operational efficiency and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Support: Deliver over-the-shoulder assistance for Navy ERP functionality, focusing on stabilization and sustainment.
- Business Process Mapping: Conduct functional area demonstrations and map business processes to SAP standard capabilities.
- Issue Resolution: Independently apply technical expertise to resolve functional issues and resolve authorization or transaction defects.
- User Adoption: Support the workforce through local training evolutions and the development of job aids.
- Coordination: Work with Business Support Office (BSO) direction to implement approved system enhancements.
Required Technical Skills
- Navy ERP Experience: Prior direct experience within the Navy ERP (SAP) solution.
- Materials Management (MM): Hands-on end-user experience in SAP MM, including PR, PO, IR, GR, and SES.
- DoD Financial Management: Expertise in DoD FM regulations and the lifecycle of Navy financial transactions.
- Operational Efficiency: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics modules.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Prior Navy Experience: Background as an LS, SK, or Navy Supply Officer is highly valued.
- Multi-Module Exposure: Functional knowledge across FI, FM, CO, PS, SD, and WFM.
- Change Management: Experience in workforce scheduling and strategic communications during system transitions.
