Description:Role Overview
As a Systems Integration and Test Engineer Associate Manager, you will lead and guide the assembly, integration, and testing of hardware systems supporting the THAAD Ground program. You will provide technical direction across development, production, and post-production phases, helping deliver mission-critical capabilities to defense customers.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
• Provide technical oversight for assembly, integration, and testing activities
• Guide work across development, production, and post-production operations
• Lead and support teams in executing hardware integration and test efforts
• Develop and review technical documentation, test plans, and presentations
• Present program status and technical results to leadership and customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Support program reviews and ensure alignment with customer requirements
Work Environment
This role is based on site in Huntsville, Alabama and requires regular collaboration across multiple facilities. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment alongside engineers, program leaders, and customers. The role includes both hands-on technical engagement and leadership responsibilities, with regular participation in program reviews and cross-functional meetings.

Basic Qualifications:
Candidates must meet all requirements listed:
o Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
o Experience with hardware assembly, integration, and testing operations
o Strong attention to detail, including experience creating technical documents, test plans, and review presentations
o Clear and effective communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders and customers
o Comfortable presenting technical information in program reviews
o Ability to work onsite across facilities in Huntsville, Alabama
Desired Skills:
These skills are not required but will strengthen your candidacy:
Certifications & Experience
o Certified Test Conductor or Certified Principal Engineer
o Experience with missile defense systems hardware integration and checkout
o Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency programs
o Experience developing detailed hardware tests
o Experience creating and executing test procedures in Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) environments
Technical Skills & Tools
o Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and specifications
o Experience supporting Failure Review Boards and Engineering or Change Control Boards
o Familiarity with tools such as SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, JIRA, Automation Framework, or similar systems
Leadership & Collaboration
o Experience leading multidisciplinary teams or projects
o Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
