Baer is looking for SAP Functional Analyst for a 16+ month Federal project located in CA and HI.
Title: SAP Functional Analyst
Location: Onsite - CA or HI (Mon-Fri)
Duration: 16 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Role Overview
Provide hands-on functional support across multiple SAP modules within the DoD ERP environment. This role supports finance, supply chain, and operations by resolving issues, improving processes, and increasing system adoption across fleet commands. Acts as a bridge between business needs and system capabilities.

Description:
- Support users across SAP modules (FI, FM, MM, PS, SD, CO, WFM)
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in real time
- Drive process improvement and standardization efforts
- Deliver user training and support adoption initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address cross-functional challenges
- Support system enhancements and post-production activities
Requirements:
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- SAP support experience in a DoD or ERP environmen
- Familiarity with one or more SAP module
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
