Baer is looking for SAP Reporting & Analytics Specialist for a 16+ month Federal project located in Honolulu, HI.

Title: SAP Reporting & Analytics Specialist
Location: Onsite - Honolulu, HI (Mon-Fri)
Duration: 16 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Role Overview

Support the DoD by transforming ERP data into actionable insights that drive operational and financial decisions. This role focuses on building and maintaining reports and dashboards that enhance visibility across finance, logistics, and workforce operations.

Description:

• Develop ERP reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards
• Translate business requirements into data models and reporting solutions
• Validate data and perform reconciliation to ensure accuracy
• Deliver executive-ready insights for leadership decision-making
• Troubleshoot reporting and data issues
• Document reporting logic, data definitions, and standards
• Support user adoption through training and guidance

Requirements:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Experience with ERP reporting tools (e.g., SAP BI/BW, Advana)
• Strong data analysis and validation skills
• Ability to convert business needs into reporting solutions
