Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) has an exciting opportunity for a proactive Business Operations Specialist to support the E-7 Chief Engineer's Office in Tukwila, WA.
The Business Operations Focal will guide and facilitate the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to achieve business goals across the E-7 Ecosystem. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate in a cross-functional environment. This is rapidly growing program in a fast paced environment and the ability to work extremely independently on a variety of projects across multiple customers in various stages of development, modification and sustainment while also having fun will be essential.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Senior Level Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities:
- Develops, coordinates, and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
- Lead coordination of commitments with internal and external stakeholders for large-scale, complex plans supporting executive leadership strategies.
- Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases accordingly.
- Present plans and business cases to executive leadership for approval.
- Facilitate establishment of management system architecture using Program Management Best Practices.
- Develop and maintain visibility systems to support management architecture.
- Utilize management systems to report status on commitments and compliance with plans.
- Represent executive management in communicating business policies, strategies, and directions internally and externally.
- Assist in task management and provide expert business advice to optimize executive resource utilization.
- Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management.
- 3+ years of experience working on teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business domains with executive interface experience.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
- 3+ years of experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings.
- 3+ years of experience with RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunities) processes and tools.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience working with Department of Defense and international equivalents.
- Experience functioning in a cross-functional environment.
- Proven experience in business operations, program management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate complex projects and engage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.
- Experience coordinating the operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serving as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and management.
- Experience with developing and executing operating rhythms, integrated program schedules, project plans, and/or metrics.
