Job Description
Koniag Professional Services, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support KPS and our government customer. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

The Senior Project Analyst will support complex federal programs and projects by providing support to organizational management functions, conducting performance analyses, preparing management reports, coordinating organizational initiatives and assisting in strategic planning activities. The ideal candidate will excel in process analysis, project management, and stakeholder communication. This position is critical for driving process improvements and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Duties may include:
- Evaluate complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, and systems related to contractual issues
- Develop and maintain work breakdown structures, charts, tables, and other analytical tools
- Lead process improvement initiatives and guide implementation
- Develop, coordinate, and improve program policies, standards, and activities
- Excellent presentation development and delivery capabilities
- Manage multiple project aspects, including:
- Staffing
- Meeting coordination
- Budget management
- Project and committee support
- Implementation of project activities
- Media-focused communications and manage support teams to improve message promotion
- Facilitate cooperation across federal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss performance, propose initiatives, and establish priorities
- Comprehensive knowledge of the procedures and processes related to federal government grants.
- Create and maintain project documentation and reports
Travel:
- Approximately 1-2 trips per month for 2-3 days
Position Requirements
Education :
- Bachelor of Arts Degree and 3 years of relevant experience; Master of Arts Degree preferred
Experience Required :
- Demonstrated experience in process analysis and evaluation
- Excellent presentation development and delivery capabilities
- Media communications experience
- Proactive problem-solving ability
- Strong technical and writing skills
- Experience in process improvement methodologies
- Project management expertise
- Budget management experience
- Federal stakeholder management experience
- Strong leadership abilities
- Identify and analyze customer issues
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Travel is a requirement for meetings and site visits, averaging 1-2 trips monthly, duration 2-3 days
- Proven knowledge of Head Start and Early Head Start programs or early childhood education
- Corporate experience in managing and administering work as described in the scope of work
- Capacity to provide sufficient experienced, qualified staff with the proven ability to perform the tasks described in the scope of work
- Capability to provide staff needed to meet unforeseen, urgent assignments
- Experience in computer software applications (Windows 2010, Excel, PowerPoint, ACCESS, SharePoint), and other Government/Federal systems
Security Requirement:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Good to Have :
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Knowledge of federal government processes and procedures
- Change management experience
- Strategic planning experience
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience with CRM systems
