Job Description

The Red Gate Group is seeking a Nuclear Enterprise Governance Analyst to provide dedicated analytical and administrative support to the Air Force's primary nuclear governance bodies, including the Nuclear Oversight Council (NOC) and other designated forums. This role is essential to ensuring effective senior leader engagement, efficient forum execution, and accurate tracking of strategic decisions impacting the sustainment and modernization of the nuclear enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and consolidate agenda topics, inputs, and briefing materials from multiple stakeholders to support senior leader preparation for governance forums.
  • Develop comprehensive read-ahead packages, agendas, and briefing materials to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support during governance forums, ensuring smooth execution of meetings and discussions.
  • Capture detailed records of discussions, decisions, and key takeaways during forums.
  • Prepare clear, accurate meeting minutes for review and formal distribution.
  • Track and manage post-forum action items, ensuring visibility into tasking, ownership, and completion status.
  • Monitor progress of assigned actions across organizations and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain organized records of governance activities, decisions, and supporting documentation to ensure continuity and accountability.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Security clearance
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior-level governance forums, executive staff processes, or similar environments within the Department of Defense or federal government
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience preparing executive-level briefings, read-aheads, and meeting materials
  • Ability to capture and synthesize complex discussions into clear, concise written products
  • Familiarity with Air Force or DoD staffing and coordination processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
