Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Nuclear Enterprise Professional Development Analyst to support the development and execution of a Department of the Air Force (DAF/A10) orientation and action officer training program. This role equips incoming Headquarters Air Force (HAF) members with the knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively operate within the nuclear enterprise. The position emphasizes hands-on learning, familiarization with core processes, and creation of tools to enable personnel to lead and sustain the program independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive training program covering HAF processes, A10 mission partners, strategic planning, SPPBE, tasking management, essential tools, security protocols, and DCS activities.
- Structure the program in two phases: foundational knowledge (first two months) and advanced application (first four months).
- Deliver practical, hands-on training exercises to reinforce understanding and application of nuclear enterprise processes.
- Create and maintain the "A10 Action Officer Handbook" as a day-to-day reference tool for action officers.
- Support new member onboarding and orientation, ensuring personnel can effectively engage in governance, program management, and interagency coordination.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials to reflect evolving processes, guidance, and best practices.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and leadership to ensure program alignment with DAF/A10 objectives.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to action officers during their integration into HAF roles.
- Track completion and progress of training milestones for all participants.
- Maintain organized records of training materials, lesson plans, and reference documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Experience developing and delivering training programs within the Department of Defense or federal government
- Familiarity with nuclear enterprise operations, DAF/A10 processes, and HAF-level tasking management
- Strong instructional design, writing, and briefing skills
- Ability to create practical, hands-on training exercises and reference materials
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Knowledge of security protocols and classified handling procedures
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure program relevance and effectiveness
