Software Engineer

Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Salary Range: $138,000 - $163,000
This role involves working on a dynamic software engineering team that supports multiple user interfaces within a microservice architecture. Engineers here play an active part in shaping the system design and interact closely with customers to enhance UI development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications that interface with Java microservices.
- Collaborate closely with technical leads on product strategy and technical decisions.
- Experience in designing, debugging, and problem-solving with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Vue, React or similar frontend frameworks.
- Knowledge of RESTful web application development.
- Expertise in interacting with MongoDB or other database technologies. Automated testing experience is essential.
- Full stack proficiency with Java or a JVM-based language.
- Kafka experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- LINUX administration background.
- Experience with automated build tools, continuous integration, and deployment practices.
- A familiarity with AI development tools like Claude Code is beneficial.
