Job Description
While this role is remote within CONUS, there may be in-person requirements 2-4x/week at gov facilities in Quantico, VA and other areas in the DMV.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices
- Work closely with the PM to conduct sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
- Support Partner teams and customer SMEs in delivering modernization milestones
- Track sprint progress, manage Jira boards, and ensure story completion
- Promote continuous improvement through feedback and team collaboration
- Coordinate with Product Owners and Architects to align priorities
- Maintain transparency of team performance and delivery metrics
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field
- 10+ years of experience with Agile software development processes
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum principles
- Experience managing Jira boards and Agile metrics
- Skilled in facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ability to coach teams and resolve delivery blockers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience supporting cross-functional technical teams
- 2+ years supporting federal or enterprise-level Agile projects
- Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and cloud-native delivery environments
- Master's degree or certification (e.g. CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist)
