Job Description
While this role is remote within CONUS, there may be in-person requirements 2-4x/week at gov facilities in Quantico, VA and other areas in the DMV.
Candidates should be detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage all aspects of project management. Analyze existing project scope and associated processes, and recommend improvements where appropriate. Optimize internal and external communications and sharing of information. Take initiative, be a self-starter and problem-solver who is able to work with minimal supervision and produces quality deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day activities of the project
- Provide weekly and monthly status reports including project plans update to the clients
- Manage project financial including forecasting, tracking, and reporting related financial data
- Provide support in planning, executing, and reporting on code conversion, development, and testing
- Review and provide recommendations regarding test documentation
- Participate in daily and weekly meeting with client staff
- Generate weekly status report for the client
- Update project plan weekly
- Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness
- Work and collaborate with the client stakeholders for project related issues and topics
- Participate in other Governance meetings
- Work with RTE Lead, Technical Lead, and Business Lead to coordinate activities in support of delivery
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Experience working with client leadership (10 years)
- Experience in all phases of project management (10 years)
- Experience working with Agile teams (8 years)
- Experience managing a team in a high-pace environment (7 years)
- Able to create detailed Project Plans (7 years)
- Experience in the Public Sector/Federal Government projects (5+ years)
- Must be proficient at analyzing, summarizing, and reporting (3 years)
- Must be able to plan, prepare, and execute for iterative development (3 years)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and has ability to interface with customer)
- Experience with Agile practices
- Experience with MS Project
- Agile Certification
- PMP Certification
