Driven to be the preeminent enabler of mission readiness technology, Cydecor is delivering unparalleled products and services with superior quality and innovation for our National Security customers. The Fellowship Analyst Program is administered by the CEO and provides a unique opportunity to learn multiple facets and functions of how our company does business.
We are seeking a recent college graduate with exceptional work ethic, good organizational skills, and a strong drive to succeed. Candidates must be open to starting their day early and working onsite from our state-of-the-art HQ offices in Crystal City daily. The Fellowship Analyst must have proven analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Good written communication with exceptional time and project management skills are a must.
This position will grant exposure to core HQ office functions from Business Development and the proposal processes to contract award and how new business is managed. The Fellowship Analyst will learn about forecasting and financial operations with our Finance & Accounting team and will be provided exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to understand how potential acquisitions are evaluated and closed.
Below are the functional areas available for assignment during the program, along with the college majors that align well for each.
Business Development (BD) & Proposals
What They Do: Business Development identifies new contract opportunities, builds client relationships, and positions the company for growth. The Proposals team translates technical expertise and corporate capabilities into competitive, compliant bids and proposals for government solicitations.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform market research using established databases (such as GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, and other industry tools) to gather and analyze information regarding new business opportunities.
- Assist with the development and management of opportunity artifacts, templates, and schedules.
- Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders to develop potential solutions.
- Support organization, coordination, and execution of M&A and business development activities.
- Assist with day-to-day departmental tasks such as data entry, documentation, reporting, and process support.
- Conduct research, analyze information, and prepare summaries or recommendations to support departmental projects and initiatives.
- Develop an understanding of compliance requirements, regulations, and industry standards relevant to each department (e.g., FAR/DFARS, OFCCP, NISPOM, DCAA, etc.).
- Support the creation, review, and organization of corporate documents, proposals, or records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and contribute to workflow efficiency.
- Engage in cross-departmental projects and contribute to company-wide initiatives that support strategic goals.
- Participate in professional development sessions, training, and mentorship opportunities to build knowledge and career readiness.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in preparing written materials, presentations, and verbal updates for supervisors and team leads.

Education:
- Pending bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Communications/Public Relations, Political Science, English/Professional Writing, History, or other applicable/related fields.
