Facilities Coordinator

Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support our customer at the Navy Yard.

Responsibilities

• Use Archibus to log, schedule, update, and close facility maintenance work orders; keep accurate records as needed.
• Respond to facilities help-desk tickets, troubleshoot issues on-site, document findings, and report recommended actions to the help desk manager.
• Escort and supervise non-cleared contractors or visitors during on-site facilities work to ensure safety and compliance with site policies.
• Support technical leads and on-site assessors with quality control activities; document areas of concern (photos/notes) and communicate issues for corrective action.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of facilities experience.
• Working knowledge of facilities maintenance trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical/lighting, and carpentry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using corrective maintenance software (e.g., Maximo, Archibus).
• Active DOD Public Trust clearance required.
