Program Overview

Peraton provides USSOCOM, its Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), deployed forces, CIO/J6, and end-users with high-quality IT platform and network services over an eight-year period.

About The Role

Peraton requires a PKI Administrator to support the Special Operations Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3.This position islocatedat Cannon AFB, NM.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end-user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, andultimately theend-user whooperatearound the globe 24x7x365.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Handle the full lifecycle of digital certificates, including installation, renewal, revocation, and validation.
  • Manage Root/Issuing Certificate Authorities (CAs), Registration Authorities (RAs), and Key Recovery Agents (KRAs).
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining both physical and virtualized infrastructure; ensuring secure connections according to established best practices.
  • Assist in the deployment and management of multi-factor authentication solutions, including certificate-based and non-certificate-based methods.
  • Follow established best practices and the zero trust principle to support the enforcement of security measures related to organizational certificate usage.
  • Provide assistance during internal and external audits by helping to compile and present the current status of PKI, Cryptography, and MFA solutions within the organization.
  • Create and update documentation related to business continuity, ensuring all processes are clearly recorded and easily accessible.
  • Ensure PKI systems adhere to security policies and data protection frameworks.
  • Monitor system health and resolving issues related to PKI components.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Min6 years with HS Diploma; 4 years with AS/AA; or 2 years with BS/BA.
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • DoD 8570 IAT II Certification.

Details

Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
