Overview
Mount Indie is seeking a motivated Full Stack Web Developer with 1-3 years of experience to support mission-critical Naval Air systems at Point Mugu Naval Base in Camarillo, CA. In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance web-based applications that directly impact mission planning and operational effectiveness. You'll collaborate closely with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, leveraging modern technologies across the full stack to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and modify web applications software or specialized utility programs
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
- Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency
- May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team
- Working at the customers site with government personnel to ensure program success
Qualifications
Between 1 to 3 years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description.
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Java/C#
- Experience with Javascript
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience with Agile Development
- Experience with Git
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening-for staff, customer and organizational level communications, both formal and informal
- Ability to work independently; self-starter
- Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- BS or BA degree in a computer or Information Science field or a relevant technical discipline.
- Allowable Substitution: An additional 6 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, or 4 additional years of work experience with a relevant associate degree.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
