Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Lead RPA/AI Software Engineer (Robotic Process Automation, Sr Analyst) to support automation of processes related to a Warehouse Management System for a government client in Fort Worth, Texas. This position will support RPA/AI automation for an overall solution that provides vault automation integrating RFID technology, barcode scanning, and intelligent automation to manage inventory and shipment operations.
This position currently requires an on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. See specific schedule requirements below -
Hours of Operation: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (CST), Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays or when government facility is closed)
After-Hours Support: Periodic after-hours support required for release deployments, break/fix activities, and training of evening and midnight shift staff. Most after-hours support can be performed remotely. Work schedules may be adjusted to avoid exceeding normal weekly hours.

Clearance
Ability to obtain High-Risk Public Trust (HRPT) clearance. Candidates will need to submit Electronic Questionnaire for Investigations Processing (E-QIP), obtain fingerprinting and undergo a Limited Background Investigation for fitness determination. Security clearance process may take up to 90 days.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $110,000 - $135,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package. Responsibilities
- Build and deploy automated bots using UiPath platform to eliminate manual tracking, reduce process variances, and minimize human error in vault operations
- Develop smart shipment generation algorithms based on First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management, bank ID, shipment quantities, and other operational parameters
- Design and implement automated generation of shipment records, Pick Lists, Receipt documents, and shipping bill sheets
- Develop interface specifications and integration points with existing client systems
- Create detailed Interface Control Documents (ICDs) defining data formats, communication protocols, and business rules
- Design high-level enterprise architecture ensuring system resilience, dependability, and enhanced performance
- Lead technical discussions with BEP stakeholders, including customer and management engagement
- Conduct design review meetings and present technical solutions to government personnel
- Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to enterprise frameworks and development best practices
- Identify potential technical risks and present appropriate monitoring and mitigation strategies
- Perform unit, integration, and acceptance testing activities
- Adhere to Federal and industry cybersecurity standards including periodic vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Develop technical documentation including system architecture, configuration settings, data flow diagrams, hardware/software specifications, processors, memory storage, and integration points
Travel

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience building and deploying automated bots using UiPath platform
- 5+ overall years of technical experience in systems development, software engineering, or enterprise application development
- Demonstrated experience in cloud-based RPA/AI project implementations
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages: C#, Visual Basic, Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Experience with .NET Framework and REST APIs
- Experience designing enterprise-grade, fault-tolerant, scalable automation solutions
- Strong background in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing methodologies
- Excellent ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly, both orally and in writing
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of RFID technology (active/passive tags, frequency ranges, placement strategies)
- Experience with barcode scanning systems and industrial printers
- Knowledge of Federal government operations, security protocols, and compliance requirements
- Active professional certifications in RPA/automation (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional)
- Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities into RPA solutions for hyperautomation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of manufacturing execution systems and production floor operations
- SAFe or Scrum Master certification
Education
