You will be the Senior Manager Signature Management - Development & Production for the Signature Management Development & Production team which is responsible for advancing low-observable technologies for the F-35.

As the Senior Manager Signature Management - Development & Production you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and analysts to design, test, and qualify next-generation LO materials, coatings, structures, and integration processes for the F-35.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start and be able to obtain a Top Secret with investigation within 5 years
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics)
• Demonstrated mastery of radar cross section (RCS) analysis and measurement, low observable (LO) materials, advanced coatings, structural integration, and sustainment ready LO processes.
• Hands on experience across all F 35 lifecycle stages: Modernization, Production, and Transition to Sustainment.
• At least 12 years of scientific research combined with program management responsibility, including oversight of senior level technical professionals.
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and guide high performing technical teams.
Desired Skills:
• Master's degree is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication; capable of translating complex scientific concepts for senior leadership, external customers, and non technical audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering large scale technical solutions on schedule, including risk mitigation and corrective action plans.
• Strong mentorship record - developing technical talent pipelines and succession plans for critical LO research functions.
• Experience with both development prototype and high rate production environments, including test range coordination and data reduction techniques.
• Ability to formulate long term research strategies, align them with program cost schedule goals, and drive execution through cross functional teams.
• Broad exposure to multiple F 35 customers (U.S. Services, international partners) and familiarity with their signature management requirements.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
