Enterprise Solutions Architect

Tyto Athene is looking for a high-impact Enterprise Solutions Architect to "quarterback" our go-to-market strategies. If you're a technical heavy-hitter who can bridge the gap between complex engineering and winning business, we want you on our team.

We're moving beyond just "doing IT"-we are looking for a master of Solution Architect Tradecraft who can blend AI, financial precision, and visionary tech into one unstoppable package.

Responsibilities:

• Master the Tradecraft: Lead the development of architectural blueprints that aren't just "good," but are novel, compelling, and differentiated enough to modernize massive government environments.
• AI-Driven Solutions: Apply AI and automation to the solution development lifecycle to accelerate innovation and give Tyto a competitive edge.
• Architecting to Win: You won't just design tech; you'll own the numbers. You'll drive Price-to-Win (PTW) and Design-to-Cost strategies, ensuring our solutions are as lean as they are powerful.
• The "Nitty-Gritty" Estimates: Own the development of Bases of Estimates (BOEs) and Bills of Material (BOMs) to ensure our proposals are grounded in reality and ready for execution.
• The Ultimate Collaborator: Partner with our Alliances team to cultivate common go-to-market strategies and engage Marketing to make sure our brand is as sharp as our tech.
• Whiteboard Warrior: Lead tech exchanges and whiteboarding sessions to co-create solution concepts directly with customers

Qualifications

Requirements:

• The Foundation: A Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, or related field (or equivalent "battlefield" experience).
• The Track Record: 10+ years delivering mission-critical IT for the federal government and major enterprises.
• The Toolbox: 5+ years in cybersecurity, 5+ years in enterprise networking, and 3+ years specifically in SASE solutions.
• The Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of Zero Trust pillars, CISA/DoD reference architectures, cloud, virtualization, and CI/CD principles.
• The Communicator: You can explain complex SDN concepts to a CEO and a SysAdmin in the same breath.

Bonus Points For:

• Proposal Pros: 8+ years supporting multi-teammate, solutions-based proposals.
• Architecture Nerds: Experience with SysML, Zachman, UAF, or DoDAF.
• Certified Experts: INCOSE (ASEP/CSEP/ESEP) or Associate-level cloud certs (AWS/Azure/Google).
• Security Savvy: Familiarity with NIST 800-53/63 and an active SECRET clearance.
