Help
- Develop, implement, train, evaluate, and measure improvements for the Uniform Business Office operations.
- Manage the Medical Services Account program which includes authority for control, accounting, reporting, and processing of actions relative to hospital services.
- Ensure bills are properly prepared for presentation to insurance companies and attorneys at law.
- Interface with Staff Judge Advocate to assist with inquiry claims.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and charts on automated equipment in final form for daily office operations.

- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position is designated Tier 3, Non-Critical Sensitive, Moderate Risk and requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance Level as a condition of employment.
- Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315
- This position is required to be screened for and obtain necessary immunizations/vaccinations (hepatitis, influenza, etc.), unless exempted by a licensed physician.
- This position is subject to TDY or business travel requirements to various locations. This may require travel via privately owned vehicles, commercial transport platforms, and/or military aircraft, ships, and vehicles.
- This position is designated "Mission Essential". In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations (natural or man-made disaster) the incumbent may be required to report to work or remain at work.
- THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position designated as such in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81.
- This position is required to work uncommon tours of duty hours such as, on-call, working either fixed or rotating shifts, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
