Job Description
Red Canyon Technologies is seeking a Facilities and Logistics Technician to support daily administrative, logistics, and facility operations for a federal government program office. This position serves as a key point of coordination for facility operations, visitor support, inventory management, and logistics activities within a government workspace.
The Facilities and Logistics Technician will assist in maintaining efficient office operations by managing equipment and information technology inventory, supporting facility access and visitor coordination, and providing logistical support for meetings and events. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain business and information technology inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability of equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of equipment, materials, and other logistical items.
- Provide facility access support, greeting visitors and assisting with entry coordination at designated work locations.
- Serve as the primary receptionist or front desk point of contact within the workspace.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and provide audio-visual setup, configuration, and troubleshooting support.
- Support planning and day-of logistics for meetings, workshops, and program events.
- Maintain daily operational presence within the facility to support program staff and visitors.
- Track and update visitor information and engagement data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or similar tools.
- Coordinate visit requests, scheduling, and visitor logistics for program stakeholders.
- Provide general logistical and administrative support to ensure efficient facility and program operations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience supporting logistics, facilities operations, administrative services, or similar operational support roles.
- 2-5 years of experience supporting office operations, logistics coordination, facilities support, or administrative services.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating meetings, managing office resources, or supporting event logistics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common office collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team in a dynamic operational environment.
- Secret security clearance required.
Preferred
- Experience supporting federal government or defense-related programs.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Experience providing conference room technology or audio-visual support.
