Job Description
Red Canyon Technologies is seeking an experienced overall Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of a complex federal program supporting mission-focused initiatives. The Overall Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the contractor team and Government leadership, ensuring successful delivery of program objectives across multiple functional areas. This role is responsible for overall contract performance, including coordinating personnel, managing project execution, overseeing subcontractor performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and Government leadership.
- Provide overall management and leadership for all work performed under the contract.
- Coordinate and oversee project execution across multiple functional teams and labor categories.
- Ensure effective task management, resource allocation, and administrative control of program activities.
- Monitor program performance to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and in accordance with contract requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain program performance objectives.
- Manage subcontractor performance and ensure integration of subcontractor activities into overall project execution.
- Facilitate regular coordination with Government representatives to provide updates on project status, performance metrics, and emerging issues.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, policies, and applicable procedures.
- Support planning, execution, and continuous improvement of program management processes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior project management role leading large, complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing large federal government contracts and coordinating teams across multiple labor categories and stakeholders.
- Experience in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
- Experience implementing change management processes and managing evolving project requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate complex program activities.
- Active Secret security clearance is required.
Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience supporting federal research, development, technology transition, or innovation-focused programs.
