Summary:
• Develop advanced cloud-based software solutions focused on extracting meaning and value from structured and unstructured data.
• Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to drive data-driven insights.
• Engage in full lifecycle software development, encompassing requirements analysis, design, development, integration, and comprehensive testing.
• Work with a suite of big data processing and data flow technologies.
• Apply expertise in cloud platforms, DevOps methodologies, and database engineering to build robust systems.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 6+ years
• Salary: $316k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Perform full lifecycle software development, including design, implementation, integration, and testing of cloud-based solutions.
• Analyze requirements to develop robust software and algorithm solutions.
• Develop and deploy software utilizing Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence techniques.
• Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for complex data processing.
• Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, and Scala for application development.
• Implement and manage big data processing and data flow solutions using technologies like NiFi, Pig, Map Reduce, Apache Spark, and Hadoop.
• Apply expertise in High Performance Computing (HPC) and advanced dataflow architectures.
• Perform database queries.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and services on AWS.
• Implement and maintain container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Utilize Elasticsearch for search and analytics capabilities.
• Integrate DevOps practices for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
• Conduct thorough software integration testing and comprehensive system testing.
• Contribute to overall Systems Engineering efforts for scalable data platforms.
