Summary:
• Design, develop, and maintain automation tools for High Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
• Implement robust solutions in a Linux operating system, leveraging scripting and orchestration tools.
• Drive efficiency and reliability through continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Collaborate within an Agile framework, utilizing modern development and collaboration platforms.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 7+ years
Salary: $254k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Develop, test, and deploy automation tools and scripts for HPC systems using Linux, Bash, and Python.
• Orchestrate system deployments and configurations utilizing Ansible.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Git for automated software delivery.
• Apply DevOps principles to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum team, managing work through JIRA and Confluence.
• Utilize or gain familiarity with technologies such as Splunk, Kafka, and Docker for system monitoring and containerization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks and HPC infrastructure.
