Jr. Client Support Administrator (CSA)

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Jr. Client Support Administrator (CSA) to join our Client's team.

Description of Duties:

The Jr CSA (Temp) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.

The candidate will:

• Conduct day-to-day issuance of MDA hardware at off-site location to include monitors, laptops, and other desktop IT peripherals.
• Provide in-person and phone support to MDA End User troubleshooting computers, printers, software, operating systems, and Office products from off-site location.
• Contribute to large scale projects and events on an as-needed basis.
• Excess equipment.
• Escort vendors for warranty work.
• Process warranties.
• Submit orders for equipment/inventory
• Inventory management
• Work with vendors to obtain quotes for equipment.

The successful candidate will:

• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Possess a "can-do" attitude, while being a self-starter.

Basic Requirements:

• Must have 2, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
  • May be reduced with completion of advanced education
• Must have 6, or more, months of directly related experience in relevant business systems, operating systems, and servers and/or experience in light programming, project management of small initiatives, and troubleshooting
• Must have, or obtain prior to start date, a current DoD 8570 IAT level II certification (e.g. Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs
• Must be able to move around a large complex facility, perform work under desks, as well as other physical aspects of the position
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Desired Requirements:

• Have previous experience in Customer Service, as well as prior experience working in a DoD environment.

Security Clearance Required: Secret

Pay Range: $28.84/hr–$32.69/hr
