The Database Team Lead will oversee the engineering and administration team responsible for enterprise database environments. In this role, the Database Team Lead will ensure optimal performance, availability, security compliance, monitoring, and multi-platform support across database systems.

The Database Team Lead will oversee the engineering and administration team responsible for enterprise database environments. In this role, the Database Team Lead will ensure optimal performance, availability, security compliance, monitoring, and multi-platform support across database systems.
Responsibilities:
- Leads engineering and administration of enterprise database
- Ensures performance, availability, security compliance, monitoring, and multi-platform support
Required Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Enterprise database administration; 5+ years large-scale application server environments; Oracle/MSSQL/Postgres/MySQL & cloud databases
- Experience in database administration and architecture
- Five or more years' experience with Application Server architecture in a large enterprise environment
- Knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL, POSTGRES, MYSQL and cloud database environments is required
- Knowledge of database administration responsibilities
- Knowledge of Python and PowerShell is a plus
- All positions require the ability to relate to customers in a professional manner
