Job Description

The Application Team Lead will lead multiple application modernization efforts. This will include using Agile and DevSecOps practices, overseeing requirements, sprint planning, QA review, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and customer communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads multiple application modernization efforts using Agile and DevSecOps practices
  • Oversees requirements, sprint planning, QA review, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and customer communication

Required Qualifications/Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have and maintain a Secret clearance
  • Three or more years Agile/DevSecOps; QA application testing; multi-project budget/resource management; large-scale project delivery; strong communication skills
  • Three or more years' experience with Dev/Sec/Ops development strategies
  • Three or more years' experience with Agile development processes and tools
  • Three or more years' experience with Quality Assurance (AQ) application testing
  • Three or more years' experience managing budgets and resources across multiple application projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects

Preferred Qualifications/Education and Experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent years of experience managing application development projects -
  • Working knowledge of DoD STIGs, and IAVM
