The Application Team Lead will lead multiple application modernization efforts. This will include using Agile and DevSecOps practices, overseeing requirements, sprint planning, QA review, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and customer communication.

- Leads multiple application modernization efforts using Agile and DevSecOps practices
- Oversees requirements, sprint planning, QA review, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and customer communication
Required Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have and maintain a Secret clearance
- Three or more years Agile/DevSecOps; QA application testing; multi-project budget/resource management; large-scale project delivery; strong communication skills
- Three or more years' experience with Dev/Sec/Ops development strategies
- Three or more years' experience with Agile development processes and tools
- Three or more years' experience with Quality Assurance (AQ) application testing
- Three or more years' experience managing budgets and resources across multiple application projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects
Preferred Qualifications/Education and Experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent years of experience managing application development projects -
- Working knowledge of DoD STIGs, and IAVM
