The Program Manager will be responsible for the performance and oversight of IT services, support, logistics, and enterprise systems and services. This role provides services including server hosting, software design and system architecture, lifecycle management, and problem resolution for customers and associated users. As the Program Manager, this individual will also oversee overall program execution and ensure cohesive team management by providing leadership, oversight, and mentorship to subcontractors and team leads.

The Program Manager will be responsible for the performance and oversight of IT services, support, logistics, and enterprise systems and services. As the Program Manager, this individual will also oversee overall program execution and ensure cohesive team management by providing leadership, oversight, and mentorship to subcontractors and team leads.
Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight, leadership, and mentorship to contract Program Managers ensuring cross team continuity and efficiency
- Serves as a point of contact for the Contracting Officer
- Oversees target. goals, cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities
- Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract
- Develops project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manages contract performances; quality control; risk mitigation; stakeholder engagement; and proactive communication of potential issues
- Utilizes expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical/programmatic resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review programmatic documents
- Executes a cohesive team through oversight and mentorship of the individual Subcontractors and leads
Required Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- Must have and maintain an active Secret Clearance
- Must possess an active Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III in Program Management
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical discipline
- Able to manage large scale IT contracts of similar size and scope
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to meet the requirement of developing and presenting complex information to senior government officials using MS Office Suite applications
Preferred Qualifications/Education and Experience.
- Master's degree in computer science, or Information Systems, or Engineering, or Business, or related scientific or technical discipline
- Experience deploying large scale HW and SW systems enhancements and/or upgrades for an organization with widely distributed geographic sites
- Experience with current and emerging network and infrastructure management technologies and business practices
